2010 RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND HOLD-HARMLESS AGREEMENT

**It is understood that the customer(s)/clients(s) whose signature(s) appear below and FRANCIS CREEK FJORD FARM (Patti Jo Walter) have entered into a written contract.

It is mutually agreed that the undersigned assumes all the unavoidable risks inherent in all horse-related activities, including, but not limited to bodily injury or death and physical harm to horse(s), rider(s), and/or spectator(s).

In consideration, therefore, for the privilege of riding, showing, lunging, taking lessons, leasing, training, boarding with FRANCIS CREEK FJORDS & under the instruction, training, and/or supervision of Patti Jo Walter the undersigned does hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify Francis Creek Fjords and Patti Jo Walter and further release them from any liability or responsibility for any accident, damage, death, injury or illness to undersigned or to any horse(s) owned, leased or borrowed by the undersigned or to any family member and/or spectator accompanying the undersigned.

“NOTICE: A PERSON WHO IS ENGAGED FOR COMPENSATION IN THE RENTAL OF EQUINES OR EQUINE EQUIPMENT OR TACK OR IN THE INSTRUCTION OF A PERSON IN THE RIDING OR DRIVING OF AN EQUINE OR IN BEING A PASSENGER UPON AN EQUINE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE INJURY OR DEATH OF A PERSON INVOLVED IN EQUINE ACTIVITIES RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF EQUINE ACTIVITIES, AS DEFINED IN SECTION 895.41(a) section (e) OF THE WISCONSIN STATE STATUES.”

Costs -TRAINING

Current 2010 prices are as follows: $500.00 per month for TRAINING. This fee includes being pastured with other horses, can be stalled at night, hay, and 4-5 days a week of training.

LESSONS

$35.00 an hour private /$30.00 semi - private

BOARD

$250.00 for BOARD Includes hay, shelter & grain, up to 4 lbs daily. Said horse must be well mannered and get along with other horses. Stall board is an additional $100.00 a month or separate paddock when needed is additional $150 a month. Incoming horses are in a small herd in dry lots, 2 or 3 per paddock only.
